Sources, image credits and fair use notes
The Swansea Chronicler is written as a local history archive. Articles use public records, museum pages, council pages, archive material, Wikimedia Commons files and clearly credited external references where possible.
Images are used carefully. Wikimedia Commons images are linked back to their file pages, and article pages include visible credit lines. If an image credit needs correcting, email hello@nathm.net.

Fair use and corrections
Short historical quotations or extracts may be used only where they help explain a story and where the source is identified. The aim is commentary, education and local history preservation, not replacing original archives, newspapers or museum records.
Where a public-domain or openly licensed image is not available, the article should still be readable without relying on a loose or uncredited image. Corrections are welcome, especially for dates, building names, image licensing and local memory.
